Shipping costs are charged per order, regardless of the order value. The amount of the shipping costs depends on where the package is to be delivered. For orders within Germany, we charge a one-time shipping fee of €6.95, regardless of the number and weight of items. This includes the costs for shipping, packaging, and packaging disposal. Returns are free within Germany. A free return label can be easily generated via the returns portal, either for self-printing or for displaying a QR code. Return costs from abroad are to be borne by the customer.

If the ordered goods did not fit (e.g. too small, too large, etc.), you are welcome to exchange them. Please reorder the desired size in the online shop.
