We deliver at your request using the following payment methods: PayPal, purchase on account via Klarna, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct debit.

Shipping costs are charged per order and regardless of the order value. The amount of the shipping costs depends on where the package is to be delivered. For orders within Germany, we charge a one-time shipping fee of €6.95, regardless of the number and weight of items. This includes the costs for shipping, packaging and packaging disposal. Returns are free within Germany. A free return label can be conveniently generated via the returns portal, either for self-printing or for showing a QR code. Return costs from abroad must be borne by the customer.

Products available for immediate delivery ordered by 3 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped by DHL on the same day. Within Germany, DHL delivers parcels Monday-Saturday within 1-2 business days. We will inform you immediately of any delivery delays. You can find delivery times to other countries in the FAQ's.

If the ordered goods didn't fit (e.g., too small, too large, etc.), you are welcome to exchange them. Please reorder the desired size in the online shop. The unsuitable item can simply be returned using the return label and will be refunded to the original payment method upon receipt of the goods. If you are unsure about your desired size, you can read about the procedure in the FAQ's.

For a free return within Germany, please use the return label, which you can generate yourself in the returns portal. A return from abroad is of course also possible if you sufficiently frank the package.
