For orders within Germany, we charge a one-time shipping fee of €6.95, regardless of the number and weight of items. This includes the costs for shipping, packaging, and packaging disposal. Returns are free within Germany. A free return label can be easily generated via the returns portal, either for self-printing or for displaying a QR code. Return costs from abroad are to be borne by the customer.
