Hubertus® Loden muff made of high-quality, beautifully mottled, hard-wearing, and warm loden. The practical hand warmer has thick Thinsulate thermal fleece insulation. Snugly warm hands in all winter weather conditions thanks to the fleece lining, which extends to the wide, double-sided opening. The cuffs thus prevent heat loss. The extremely quiet Miporex® membrane makes the loden muff waterproof - windproof - breathable. A loden muff has been an indispensable hunting accessory for hide hunters for decades! Shipping costs are incurred per order, regardless of the order value. The amount of shipping costs depends on where the package is to be delivered. For orders within Germany, we charge a one-time shipping fee of €6.95, regardless of the number and weight of items. This includes the costs for shipping, packaging, and packaging disposal. Shipping costs to other countries can be viewed in the FAQ's.
Returns are free within Germany. A free return label can be conveniently generated via the returns portal, either for self-printing or for showing a QR code. Return costs from abroad are to be borne by the customer.

Products available for immediate delivery will be shipped with DHL on the same day if ordered by 3 PM on weekdays. Within Germany, DHL delivers the package Monday-Saturday within 1-2 business days. If the ordered goods didn't fit (e.g., too small, too large, etc.), you are welcome to exchange them. Please reorder the desired size in the online shop. The unsuitable item can simply be returned using the return label and will be refunded to the original payment method upon receipt of the goods. If you are unsure about your desired size, you can read about the procedure in the FAQ's.
For a free return within Germany, please use the return label, which you can generate yourself in the returns portal. A return from abroad is of course also possible if you sufficiently frank the package.
