How do you guarantee the optimal functionality of your hunting boots over a long period? Regular care has an extremely positive influence on the perfect fit, but above all on the lifespan of your hunting shoe!
Properly WASHING your hunting boots!
After using your winter boots, dust, mud & dirt should be removed with a soft brush as soon as the shoe is dry. Please note that you should never use solvents, harsh chemicals, or hard brushes, as this will cause permanent damage to the leather. High temperatures (machine washing) or high pressure (pressure washer) can damage parts of the shoe.
What should I consider when DRYING my hunting boots?
When drying your boots, you should note the following: remove the footbed and drain water. Stuff hunting boots with newspaper to absorb residual water and repeat this process every 5 minutes until the water is removed. Then let the boots dry in a well-ventilated area and avoid direct heat sources such as heat lamps, ovens, or sunlight.
Important for LEATHER CARE of hunting boots:
Occasionally, special waterproofing sprays should be applied to maintain the water-repellent properties of textiles and leather.
STORAGE & TRANSPORT of winter boots for hunting:
Even in shoe storage between hunting trips, a lot can go wrong! Your boots should never be stored in plastic bags or airtight containers. It is therefore recommended to store the boots in well-ventilated places with a constant temperature and away from heat sources to preserve the shape and feel of the leather and textiles. We recommend removing the inner parts of the winter boots (footbed, inner shoes, heated soles, and inserts) before a longer period of non-use. Please also note that you should stuff the boots with newspaper when storing them. For transport, e.g., from the car to the high seat, we recommend special boot bags!

Shipping costs are incurred per order, regardless of the order value. The amount of shipping costs depends on where the package is to be delivered. For orders within Germany, we charge a one-time shipping fee of €6.95, regardless of the number and weight of items. This includes the costs for shipping, packaging, and packaging disposal. Returns are free within Germany. A free return label can be conveniently generated via the returns portal, either for self-printing or for showing a QR code. Return costs from abroad are to be borne by the customer.

Products available for immediate delivery will be shipped with DHL on the same day if ordered by 3 PM on weekdays. Within Germany, DHL delivers the package Monday-Saturday within 1-2 business days. If the ordered goods didn't fit (e.g., too small, too large, etc.), you are welcome to exchange them. Please reorder the desired size in the online shop. The unsuitable item can simply be returned using the return label and will be refunded to the original payment method upon receipt of the goods. If you are unsure about your desired size, you can read about the procedure in the FAQ's.
For a free return within Germany, please use the return label, which you can generate yourself in the returns portal. A return from abroad is of course also possible if you sufficiently frank the package.
