What is natural rubber?
Milky latex, extracted from the rubber tree (Hevea), is the main source of natural rubber. Natural rubber is a material obtained by converting latex. As the name suggests, this elastomer occurs naturally and comes from the latex of certain trees and plants. After processing the latex, an elastomer with excellent mechanical properties is produced. It has excellent tensile, elongation, tear strength and elasticity. It has good abrasion resistance and excellent flexibility at low temperatures.
How do I properly care for my rubber boots?
The lifespan of natural rubber boots depends on the conditions of use, storage, and maintenance. To ensure a long life for the footwear, it is important to regularly wash the boots with warm water after use. Harsh detergents or corrosive cleaning agents should not be used, as they can shorten the life of the boot! After washing, the boots should be dried naturally in a cool and dry environment. Forced drying (such as heating or a hairdryer) can damage the upper and lining material. Contact with aggressive liquids such as acids, oil, solvents, fuel, manure, etc. will damage natural rubber if left untreated. It is advisable to protect the boots from direct sunlight, UV radiation, and heat. The rubber boots must be stored in a well-ventilated place protected from extreme temperatures when not in use. The natural rubber boots must never be stored under heavy or sharp objects.

Shipping costs are incurred per order, regardless of the order value. The amount of shipping costs depends on where the package is to be delivered. For orders within Germany, we charge a one-time shipping fee of €6.95, regardless of the number and weight of items. This includes the costs for shipping, packaging, and packaging disposal. Returns are free within Germany. A free return label can be conveniently generated via the returns portal, either for self-printing or for showing a QR code. Return costs from abroad are to be borne by the customer.

If the ordered goods didn't fit (e.g., too small, too large, etc.), you are welcome to exchange them. Please reorder the desired size in the online shop. The unsuitable item can simply be returned using the return label and will be refunded to the original payment method upon receipt of the goods. For a free return within Germany, please use the return label, which you can generate yourself in the returns portal. A return from abroad is of course also possible if you sufficiently frank the package.
