What is the cost of shipping there and back?

Shipping costs are charged per order, regardless of the order value. The amount of the shipping costs depends on where the package is to be delivered. Returns are free within Germany. A free return label can be easily generated via the returns portal, either for self-printing or for displaying a QR code. Return costs from abroad are to be borne by the customer.

Products available for immediate delivery will be shipped with DHL on the same day if ordered by 3 PM on weekdays. Within Germany, DHL delivers the package Monday-Saturday within 1-2 business days. How do exchanges and returns work?

If the ordered goods did not fit (e.g. too small, too large, etc.), you are welcome to exchange them. Please reorder the desired size in the online shop. The unsuitable item can simply be returned using the return label and will be refunded to the original payment method upon receipt of the goods.
