Loden is a natural product with a long tradition and excellent wearing comfort. Originally created by the farmers of the Alpine region as a protective cloth for the extreme weather conditions, this unique garment has been increasingly refined and adapted to the spirit of the times. Only in the highlands of South America are there comparable products.
Even today, the same production methods as a hundred years ago are used, but on state-of-the-art machines and with the latest technology. The genuine Tyrolean mountain wool is still used to a certain extent to achieve the unmistakable character of the loden fabric.

Loden hats are extremely undemanding; with a little care, they will retain their perfect appearance even longer.
- If the loden hat gets wet, shake it vigorously and let it dry.
- Occasionally brush gently with a damp brush in the direction of the nap.

Shipping costs are incurred per order, regardless of the order value. The amount of shipping costs depends on where the package is to be delivered. For orders within Germany, we charge a one-time shipping fee of €6.95, regardless of the number and weight of items. This includes the costs for shipping, packaging, and packaging disposal. Shipping costs to other countries can be viewed in the FAQ's.
Returns are free within Germany. A free return label can be conveniently generated via the returns portal, either for self-printing or for showing a QR code. Return costs from abroad are to be borne by the customer.

Products available for immediate delivery will be shipped with DHL on the same day if ordered by 3 PM on weekdays. Within Germany, DHL delivers the package Monday-Saturday within 1-2 business days. If the ordered goods didn't fit (e.g., too small, too large, etc.), you are welcome to exchange them. Please reorder the desired size in the online shop. The unsuitable item can simply be returned using the return label and will be refunded to the original payment method upon receipt of the goods. For a free return within Germany, please use the return label, which you can generate yourself in the returns portal. A return from abroad is of course also possible if you sufficiently frank the package.
